1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all courses, workshops, sessions, and other offerings provided through this website and by me in person. By registering for a course or workshop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Nature of the offering
All courses, workshops, sessions, and teachings are offered for meditation, personal development, and general wellbeing only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment and are not a substitute for professional healthcare, diagnosis, advice, or treatment.
3. Personal responsibility
Participation is voluntary and at your own responsibility. You remain responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing at all times during and after participation.
4. Health and suitability
If you have any physical or mental health concerns, are currently receiving treatment, or are unsure whether this course is suitable for you, you are advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
If you are currently experiencing, or have a history of, significant mental health difficulties, please contact me directly before registering so we can discuss whether the course is appropriate for you at this time.
5. No guarantees
No guarantees are given regarding specific outcomes, personal results, or individual experiences. Each person’s experience is unique.
6. Registration
Your place in the course is only confirmed once I have accepted your registration. Spaces may be limited.
7. Payment
Payment is made in person in cash on the day of the course or workshop, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Cancellation by participant
If you are unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible by email or phone.
Because places are limited, I reserve the right to refuse future bookings where someone repeatedly registers and does not attend without notice.
9. Cancellation or changes by provider
I reserve the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or make reasonable changes to a course or workshop due to illness, insufficient registrations, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a course is cancelled by me, no payment will be due.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from participation in any course, workshop, or session, except where caused by intent or mandatory legal liability.
11. Privacy
Any personal information you provide will be handled with care and only used for communication and administration relating to the course or workshop. Please do not include sensitive medical or mental health information in the registration form. If you wish to discuss suitability, please contact me directly.
12. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
