About the course

Four Breaths of Silence is a meditation and breathing course to help you enter a state of inner silence as gently and as quickly as possible. It is not a breathing technique, but a routine through which you learn to breathe in and out of the light of silence, in connection with the source of that light.

Through a simple meditation practice that you can use each day, you will be guided in learning how to calm your inner world, regulate your emotions, and bring more quiet, stillness, and presence into your life. This practice is an invitation to find inner peace and to come home to yourself.

In silence, awareness expands, and where your awareness rests, your presence follows.

Who is it for? 

This course is for anyone who would like to learn how to meditate. It is open to beginners, as well as to those who feel drawn to deepen their alignment with stillness and silence.

Whether you are completely new to meditation or already have some experience, you are warmly welcome.

What to Expect?

Over four guided sessions, we move through the meditations step by step, building gently and gradually. Each session introduces you to a new part of the practice, helping you bring more stillness, awareness and inner quiet into your being. They are designed to help you awaken and strengthen the silent light within your physical body, while gently integrating into your daily life.

You will receive the tools to continue the practice at home, so the experience can deepen in your own time and rhythm. The more you align with the silent light, the less dependent you become on the outside world for your sense of silence.

Over time, this silence begins to arise from within you. While for many, this state of being is and end point, for you it is only the beginning. It is the start of something completely new.

The experience of a multidimensional existence where your physical senses come to rest and you are true silence.

The Four Ceremonies

  • During the first ritual, you will learn how to breathe deeply and relax the parts of the brain from over thinking into deep silence. You will be introduced to invisible breathing, inspired by the Samurai, and we will begin to align with the Light of the Silent Feather.

  • During the second ritual, we will align with the silent light of Grandmother Silent Feather.

  • During the third ritual we will align with Grandmother Silent Feather to give us a blessing of silent light through the light centers (vortexes) in our physical body and over our entire bio-energy field.

  • During the final ritual we will activate pineal gland breathing. The pineal gland is our body’s antenna. It enables the expansion of awareness and allows us to achieve deep meditative states. You literally become as light as a feather as you breathe along with the light of Grandmother Silent Feather’s field.
